Lu Xinning (Chinese: 卢新宁; pinyin: Lú Xīnníng; born December 1966) is a Chinese journalist and politician who currently serves as Vice Chairwoman of the People's Government of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and a member of the Standing Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. She holds a master's degree in classical Chinese philology from Peking University and joined the CCP in June 1993.
