Lu Zhipeng (Chinese: 陆志鹏; born October 1964) is a Chinese politician and business executive. He currently serves as president of the China Electronics Data Science and Intelligent Engineering Research Institute. He previously held senior political positions in Jiangsu Province, including Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of Nantong and mayor of Taizhou.
