Lucía Yamileth Yépez Guzmán (born 18 February 2001) is an Ecuadorian freestyle wrestler. She participated in the 2024 Summer Olympics and won a silver medal in the women's 53 kg event. She also won one of the bronze medals at the World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia, in the same category. She won the gold medal in her event at the 2023 Pan American Games held in Santiago, Chile.
