Lucien Paiement (16 October 1932 – 23 January 2013) was a doctor, municipal politician and owner of racehorses in the Canadian province of Quebec. He served as mayor of Laval from 1973 to 1981. He also operated the Semalu horse stable in Saint-André-d'Argenteuil, Quebec, one of whose horses was Semalu Express.
