Luís Saúl Moscoso (born May 13, 1950) is a former Washington State Representative from the 1st Legislative District, Position 2. He is a retired public servant having served 33 years in the public sector. He most recently served as the Director of Government Relations for the Washington Public Employees Association/UFCW Local 365 in Olympia, Washington where he oversaw and coordinated the WPEA's Legislative-Political program and issues advocacy agendas.
