Luo Wenzhi (Chinese: 骆文智; born August 1960) is a Chinese politician who served as Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress. He is originally from Foshan, Guangdong Province. Luo joined the Chinese Communist Party in August 1985 and holds a master's degree in economics. He graduated from the School of Economics at Jinan University.
