Luo Yimin (Chinese: 罗一民; born February 1954) is a retired Chinese politician who served as Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Jiangsu Provincial Committee. He previously held leadership positions in both provincial and municipal governments, most notably as Party Secretary of Nantong.
