Lyndal Harrington is a blogger from Houston, Texas that was put into jail for contempt in a lawsuit for conspiracy of defamation of Anna Nicole Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, to prevent Arthur from receiving custody of Dannielynn Birkhead. The court put Harrington in jail because she failed to turn over her computer as evidence. Harrington claims that she couldn't voluntarily comply with the court's order because her computer was stolen - there is a question as to whether this robbery was staged. Afterward, Harrington obtained an attorney named Eric Dick and reached an agreement with the court where she would not go back to jail.
