Lyudmila Yelmatovna Davletova (Kazakh: Людмила Елматовна Давлетова; Russian: Людмила Ельматовна Давлетова; born 18 September 1940) is a Soviet and Kazakh engineer, technologist and stateswoman. She was a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic. Davletova is a recipient of the Order of the Badge of Honour and the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
