Ma Shiguang (Chinese: 马士光; born September 1969) is a Chinese politician presently holding the position of Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province. He concurrently serves as Party Secretary of Lianyungang, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Lianyungang Municipal People's Congress, and First Secretary of the Party Committee of the Lianyungang Military Subdistrict.
