He presently holds multiple positions: member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Vice Governor of Jiangsu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Government Party Leadership Group, Director of the Office of the Provincial Commission for Integrated Military and Civilian Development, Director of the Provincial Financial Office, and Secretary of the Provincial Financial Working Committee.
