Makoto Ogino (荻野 真, Ogino Makoto, born May 26, 1959 in Gifu Prefecture - April 29, 2019) was a Japanese manga artist. A dropout of Nagoya University, his best-known work is the Peacock King (孔雀王, Kujaku-Oh) manga series.
