Teungku Malik Mahmud Al-Haythar (born 29 March 1939) is an Indonesian politician and former high-ranking official of the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) who has served as the Head of State of Aceh since 2 November 2012. He became the Prime Minister of Aceh after the death of Ilyas Leube who had previously served in his position. He was appointed the Prime Minister of Aceh in 2002 and then in 2007 founded the Aceh Party, and became chairman of the party's executive council.
