Manouchehr Malek (1921-1979) was the Deputy Commander of the Qazvin Armored Brigade. After the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, due to the possibility of a coup against the Revolution, he was among the second group of high-ranking officers of the Imperial Army. They were executed in March 1979 behind the roof of the Revolutionary Headquarters building.
