Assoc. Prof. Dato' Dr. Mansor bin Othman (Jawi: منصور بن عثمان) is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Deputy Minister of Higher Education in the Perikatan Nasional (PN) administration under Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and Minister Noraini Ahmad since March 2020 and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Nibong Tebal since May 2013. He served as the Deputy Chief Minister I of Penang, Penang State Executive Councillor and Member of the Penang State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Penanti from June 2009 to May 2018 and Chair of the Defence and Home Affairs Select Committee from December 2018 to December 2019. He is a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), a component party of the ruling PN coalition and was a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) opposition coalition.
