Marc Levine (born April 26, 1974) is an American politician serving as the California State Assemblyman for the 10th district since 2012. A member of the Democratic Party, his district encompasses the North San Francisco Bay Area. Levine is the current Chairman the California Legislative Jewish Caucus. Prior to being elected to the State Assembly in 2012, he was a member of the San Rafael City Council.
