Maria Rachel "Baby" Arenas is the incumbent chairperson of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) since 2017. She previously served as the former member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines from 2007 until 2013. She was the first woman Representative of Pangasinan, followed subsequently by her mother, the noted Manila socialite and philanthropist Rose Marie J. Arenas. Her chairmanship of the board was confirmed by the Commission on Appointments on 20 January 2017. She also currently serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Philippine Red Cross.
