Mariam Semyonovna Atlas (Russian: Мариам Семёновна Атлас) (January 3, 1912 – August 17, 2006) was a Soviet and Russian economist, full Ph.D. in Economics, professor of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (1959–2006), Honoured Scientist of the Russian Federation, one of the oldest employees of the State Bank of the USSR.
