Mark D. Levine (born April 30, 1969) is the Council member for the 7th District of the New York City Council. He is a Democrat. The district includes the Manhattan neighborhoods of Morningside Heights, West Harlem, Washington Heights, and part of the Upper West Side. He is chair of the City Council's health committee and is co-chair of the Manhattan delegation.
