Mark F. Miller (born February 1, 1943) is an American politician. He is a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Senate, representing the 16th senate district since 2005. He served as the Democrats' leader in the Senate for the 2011-2012 legislative session, where he started as Minority Leader and became Majority Leader due to a series of successful recall elections against Republicans in 2011 and 2012. Earlier in his career he served as a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 48th assembly district from 1999 through 2005.
