Mark Liu (Chinese: 劉德音; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Lâu Tik-im, born 1954) is executive chairman of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC), the world’s largest contract chipmaker, since June 2018, taking over from founder and chairman of TSMC Morris Chang when he retired. TSMC has a market value of approximately US$585 billion.
