Martin Thomas Conboy Jr. (August 28, 1878 - March 5, 1944) was a United States attorney for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York who fought for the banning of the James Joyce novel, Ulysses in 1921. He was the head of New York City Selective Service during World War I and a coordinating advisor to the New York State Selective Service during World War II.
