Marusya Ivanova Luybcheva (Bulgarian: Маруся Иванова Любчева; born 20 July 1949, in Mitrovtsi, Montana district) is a Bulgarian politician and a Member of the European Parliament of the Coalition for Bulgaria, part of the Party of European Socialists. She became an MEP on 1 January 2007 with the accession of Bulgaria to the European Union.
