Marvin Powell Jr. (August 30, 1955 – September 30, 2022) is a former American football player. He played college football at the University of Southern California (USC) and professionally as an offensive tackle in the National Football League for the New York Jets and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Powell was elected into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1994.
