Mary Mitchell O'Connor (born 10 June 1959) is a former Irish Fine Gael politician who served as Minister of State for Higher Education from 2017 to 2020 and Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation from 2016 to 2020. She served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dún Laoghaire constituency from 2011 and 2020.
