Mary Sophia Alston (née O'Sullivan; c.– 13 December 1932) was an Australian philanthropist. She was patron of the central executive of St Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne and president of the Royal Women's Hospital. Her husband, James Alston, was an innovator and entrepreneur of windmills.
