Mets ace Matt Harvey had more on his mind than just baseball as he took the mound for Game 1 of the World Series — he recently broke up with his model girlfriend, sources told Page Six.
The hurler called it quits with Polish gal pal Ania Cywinska amid a bout of partying a few weeks ago, the sources said.
His rep confirmed the breakup, saying Harvey and the curvaceous catwalker “mutually decided to split’’ last month after about eight months together.
One source said the two called things off “right around the time he missed that practice” — when he claimed to have overslept for a mandatory team workout Oct. 6. Harvey, 26, had been spotted the night before at the Tribeca steakhouse American Cut with pals.
