Matthew Blastares (Greek: Ματθαῖος Βλαστάρης or Βλάσταρις, Matthaios Blastares/Blastaris; fl.) was a 14th-century Byzantine Greek monk in Thessalonica and early scholarly opponent of reconciliation with Rome. He was also the writer of the Syntagma Canonum.
