Matthew E. Kahn (born 1966) is a leading American educator in the field of environmental economics. He is the Bloomberg Distinguished Professor of Economics and Business at Johns Hopkins University, with appointments at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and the Carey Business School. He is also the Director of Johns Hopkins University's 21st Century Cities Initiative.
