Matvey Prokopyevich Burlakov (Russian: Матвей Прокопьевич Бурлако́в; 19 August 1935 – 8 February 2011) was a Soviet and Russian colonel general. As the last commander of the Western Group of Forces between 1990 and 1994, he was responsible for supervising the withdrawal of Russian troops from Germany.
