Maurizio Rava (Milano, 1878 - Roma, 1941) was an Italian Jew who was Vice-governor of Tripolitania in 1930 and Governor of Italian Somalia for five years (from 1931 to 1935). He also was a writer, painter and a General of the Italian Army.
