Mehnaz Rafi (Urdu: مہناز رفیع; born 1943) is a Pakistani politician and women's rights activist. Rafi was as a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from 2002 to 2007. She is recognised for her advocacy for women's rights in Pakistan and her role in legislative reforms.
