Micah Scott Neal (born November 8, 1974) is a businessman and Republican politician from Springdale in Northwest Arkansas. Neal represented part of Springdale in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 2013 until 2017. From 2003 to 2011, he was a justice of the peace on the Washington County quorum court. He pleaded guilty in 2017 to fraud relating to misuse of the state's surplus money.
