He is best known for his association with Hank Green of VlogBrothers and their work on SciShow. As of January 2017, Michael's main YouTube channel has about 220,000 subscribers and more than 11.3 million total video views. He is also the founder and CEO of Synema Studios, a video production studio operating out of Missoula, Montana.
