Edward Joseph Noctor (1852 or 25 December 1856 – 9 July 1936), whose religious name was Brother Ascisclus Michael and who was best known as Brother Michael Noctor or simply Brother Michael, was an Irish-American educator, Catholic missionary and builder. He served as the headmaster of the St. Joseph's Institution in Singapore from 1900 to 1914, the De La Salle College in Manila from 1915 to 1919 and from 1923 to 1927, and the St Joseph's College in Hong Kong from 1922 to 1923. He extended the SJI premises and erected the De Le Salle College's Taft Avenue campus.
