Michael Osinski (born 1954) is a former Wall Street computer programmer who developed a software that played a role in the subprime mortgage-fueled crisis from 2007 to 2009. The software allowed the bundling of mortgage loans into bonds, which precipitated the subprime mortgage crisis that sparked the 2008 financial crisis.
