American Personality Terri Schiavo was born Theresa Marie Schindler on 3rd December, 1963 in Lower Moreland Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA and passed away on 31st Mar 2005 Pinellas Park, Florida, USA aged 41. She is most remembered for having collapsed in the hallway of her St. Petersburg, Florida apartment in February 1990 from an apparent heart attack that resulted in severe brain damage, leaving her in a state of incapacity until her death in March 2005.
