Michael Tshele, also known as Bra Mike and Shadow, (ca.1950 – 13 January 2014), was a South African freelance photographer and community activist who was known for his contributions to the online newspaper Kormorant and Leseding News. Tshele was killed along with three others while reporting on a protest over water in Mothutlung near Brits, North West province, South Africa during the post-apartheid era.
