Michelan Sisti (born May 27, 1949) is an actor, director, puppeteer, and musician who played Michelangelo in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and its sequel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze. He previously had an eighteen-year theatrical career including five Broadway shows. In 1987, Sisti understudied Joel Grey in a Broadway production of Cabaret, taking the unusual step, when Grey had lost his voice, of singing off-stage while Grey pretended to sing.
