The Scots singer tied the knot with long-term partner Sheridan Forbes in a castle overlooking Calgary Bay on the north- west of the island.
The 40 guests included Brian Capron, who played Coronation Street bad boy Richard Hillman.
The ceremony was a closely guarded secret, with the banns posted at the island's register office in Midge's real name of Jim.
Midge, 49, has been with Sheridan for more than 10 years.
Their daughters, Kitty, nine, Ruby, six, and two-year-old Flossie were bridesmaids at the wedding.
Midge's daughter, Molly, 16, from his first marriage to actress Annabelle Giles was also there.
The star, who launched Live Aid with Bob Geldof in the 1980s, lives with Sheridan and their daughters in a Somerset farmhouse.""
