Mireya Baltra Moreno (February 25, 1932 – April 17, 2022) was a Chilean sociologist, journalist and politician, a member of the Communist Party of Chile. She had been a deputy and a councillor for Santiago, and served as Minister of Labour and Social Welfare under Salvador Allende.
