Mizuho Nasukawa (Japanese: 那須川 瑞穂; born 22 November 1979) is a female Japanese former long-distance runner. She won the Tokyo Marathon in 2009 in a personal best of 2:25:38 hours. She represented Japan at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in 2000 and was also twice a medallist at the Asian Athletics Championships.
