He is the Founder of The Marini's Group which includes Marini's on 57 (Malaysia's highest rooftop bar, lounge and contemporary Italian restaurant), Marble 8 (Kuala Lumpur's premier steakhouse specializing in producing its own dry-aged steak); and M Marini Caffè, Malaysia's first dedicated champagne and caviar cafe.
