Mohammad Khaksar (died 14 January 2006) was an Afghan Taliban intelligence chief and deputy Minister of the Interior. Reportedly, Khaksar was unhappy with al-Qaeda influence in the Taliban, and so agreed to serve as a mole for the United States in 1999.
