Mohammed Yousuf Tarigami is an Indian politician and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) Jammu and Kashmir state committee former secretary. He represented the Kulgam constituency in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. He won the seat for the Kulgam constituency in 1996, 2002, 2008 and 2014. His main political rival is former Member of Parliament and a senior political leader, Nazir Ahmad Laway.
