Tun Seri Setia (Dr) Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam (born 24 August 1949) is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Yang di-Pertua Negeri (Governor) of the Malaysian state of Melaka since 4 June 2020. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a major component party of Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. Mohd Ali was the ninth Chief Minister of the state of Melaka from 1999 till 2013.
