Morley Winograd served as the Executive Director of the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business Institute of Communication Technology Management (CTM) from 2001 until his retirement in 2009. He is the co-author of Millennial Makeover: MySpace, YouTube and the Future of American Politics (Rutgers University Press: 2008). Currently, he is serving at a senior fellow at the USC Annenberg Center on Communication Leadership & Policy.
