Moussa Okanla (September 2, 1950 – March 2, 2022) was a Beninese scholar and diplomat. Okanla was appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs in the government named on June 17, 2007, and was replaced by Jean-Marie Ehouzou on 22 October 2008.
