Mubeena Ramzan is an Islamic scholar and social activist from Kashmir, known for her work in women's education and empowerment. She is the first Kashmiri woman to be featured in "The Muslim 500" and founded the socio-religious organization Ansar-un-Nisa and the educational institution Jamia Islamia Mahdul Muslimat.
