Muḥammad Kifāyatullāh ibn 'Ināyatullāh Shāhjahānpūrī Dihlawī (Urdu: محمد کفایتاللہ بن عنایتاللہ شاہجہانپوری دہلوی; c. 1875 – c. 31 December 1952), known as Mufti Kifayatullah, was an Indian Islamic scholar and a Hanafi jurist. He was first president
of the Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind and was also regarded as Grand Mufti of India He guided Indian Muslims through various spiritual and political turmoils for nearly fifty years. The final years of his life were devoted to educational and social work. He was a founding member of Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and was on its foundation committee, which was headed by Mahmud Hasan Deobandi.
